Yes, you are right. This price include handling and don't include shipping
costs.
If quantity is not indicate that means a price for 1 kg of seeds.
Minimal order for one species - US$ 7
Minimal total order - US$ 150
If a price is indicate for 1 kg it is valid for 0.5 kg and more, for
0.1-0.5 kg it grows 1.5 times, for orders less than 0.1 kg it grows 3
times.
As to Iris laevigata, a source of this seeds is unknown. (But you can refer
a seller)
To my mind a probability that this seeds are from nortern Siberia is
little.
OT: Russia is very strange country now. I think there, in Moscow, is more
of Mercedeses (cars) than in New York, but month income of most people here
is not more than US$ 150 :)
