Betty, I'd say that as long as you're having fun and it's too much time, not
money, you are putting into your iris hobby, it's most likely o.k.  Unless it
steals time from other more worthy things, of course, like family.  But how
many of those more worthy things can you think of?  After all, how many "more
worthy than iris' things can there be?  :-)
