Hmmm....first iris....I can trace growing iris back 3 generations and the the
first color photo of me, age 1, is in my mother's iris garden :} Mom had
about 150 when I was a little girl but we had to move and she was only able
to take a few with her. Wonder sometimes if any are still at the farm...would
be worth a 12 hour drive if I could find some of them<G>. I have a very nice
white with an orange beard that was a favorite of my grandmother but am not
sure of the name or the time frame for it. Mom thinks it might be Crystal
???? but until I figure it out it will stay Granny Kropp's white<G>.
