HYB:Planting my first crosses

From: AHKAtelier@aol.com

Hi All!
I just wanted to glow a little. I have started planting my first crosses
in peat pots. I am so excited! I have about 850 planted and am about half
done. I had 40 crosses take. It's going to be tough to wait a couple of
years for them to bloom. I don't know where I will put all of these. You
can bet I'll do fewer crosses this year. I can't wait to see Lady Friend X
Dynamite, Thornbird X Osaka, Thornbird X Iced Tea,
Wild Vision X Conjuration, Thornbird X Gay Geisha, , and Thornbird X an aril
seedling. I have several 'red' crosses. That is really what I was working
at. Well time will tell. I am going to keep these on a second story deck at
first. Maybe I can protect them from aphids, slugs and light frosts that
way.

I really enjoy checking the list for ideas and tips. Thanks to all of you!
Allison
