Ditto on the spasms! I can rarely connect anymore--line is always busy.
This area used to have 2 toll-free local connect numbers, and one has
suddenly disappeared! When I complained about this service reduction, I got
an answer (4 days later) quoting What's his face's latest announcement of
MORE lines being added to 'enhance' AOL service. Say what?!
Well, I guess it's still better than 2 guys in a garage....
