Graham: Thanks for interesting, informative peeks behind the scenes
for those of us who have no knowledge of the commercial garden. I
guess one might have, by applying common sense, realized some of wht
you've told us, but I didn't ever think about it. It was good to be
told about the important considerations on the other side of the cash
register. It should make us as customers more tolerant.
