ZOW! I have a "Baby Elephant" portfolio of the Audubon prints with text
by Roger Tory Peterson and have seen some of the original full size
prints (can't afford any of those beauties). Sounds like one of the
books you describe above might make a great companion. Now to find
them...nothing like a challenge (even a little one).
