Some talk re bloomout had occured the other week. The content was re no new
roots on bloom out plants. My own observation is the the new roots are on the
new increase and not on the mother rhizome. In that case to say that there is
no increase on plants with no new roots is the same is saying that when there
is no new roots when there is no increase. Dig up a few plants and observe
where the new roots are comming from.
