I occasionally find them on my iris clumps also, usually on clumps that have rhizome rot. I think they spread it. Does anyone know the best insecticide to use to get rid of them. I prefer dusting to spraying.

Thanks to Neil, Francelle and Wendy for the welcome to Iris Talk!
While dividing a group of iris yesterday I found a couple of earwigs scurrying about on top of one of the rhizomes. Does anyone know if they do any damage to iris and if so what to look for? Thanks!
