People that hate cats let them run loose hoping they might get hit by a car or truck. Or to get attacked by a dog or a bigger cat. Or hoping some one will shoot them or poison them. If they don't think this way why do they expose them to such dangers?
A true cat lover would not do such a thing.
If a person comes on your property and destroys anything you can make them pay for it if you can prove it. Her you are not allowed to let dogs run loose but cats can. They don't have to have a license either. I have had cat problems but they are at a low population. Quite a few have been killed by cars.
Now squirrels are a different story. I can drive three bloke in the morning and count 15 to 20 on a good day. I have a small yard and have seen as many as 10 at one time.
I don't agree with Doris but that is my opinion and I am not going to judge her.

Doris,
I didn't need to know this, I'm very unimpressed with your tactics and
wish you hadn't bothered to mention this for everybody to read.
I assume you're not a professional marksman and dread the though of you
hitting a poor feline in the eyes. You could get into big trouble.
Please reconsider this cruel practice.
