Sterling, Doggone it anyhow!!! Since you were on a first name basis with the
folks at Aitkens and considered them to be your friends, why in the sam hill
didn't you SPEAK UP and talk with them about the problem???? Jeez, if you
can't talk with your friends, who CAN you talk to???? Perhaps their help was
incompetent and careless and you would have done them favor by informing
them of your dissatisfaction.
I have never ordered from Aitkens, not for any reason, just haven't
gotten to them yet! Someone else will have to respond to your query as to
how they are doing these days.
