Doris, I am in agreement with Sterling, I think you handled your problem
with Aitkens in the wrong way.  Also,I have gotten small rihzomes which
perform beautifully! Some parts of the country do have smaller rhizomes than
other parts. The 'misnamed' problem could have been discussed with them and
easily corrected. You must have liked the bloom on the one you got. I can't
imagine being on the commercial end of growing iris by the hundreds or
thousand for sale to the public and not at some time or another getting the
wrong iris into an order. Have you been in those shoes before.
