This "symposium #9 " has about been beaten to death, and I really don't want 
to prolong its agony,  but !--- !   It is obvious that Kelly is a "new kid on 
the block" and needs a little more maturity in knowledge of the past in Iris 
World or he/she would not have taken such a cavalier attitude to what "Mr. 
Moores" had to say!  Read his answer again with more thoughtulness and you 
will see that he knows what he is talking about -- if you follow his comments 
in email, you will find that he usually is very succinct in what he has to 
say and is not being overly impressed with his knowledge a la many (definitly 
not all !). master gardeners -- --   I am a true supporter of youth members, 
and  have enrolled several young people myself,  but they need to know that 
the wheel does not need to be re-invented. --  there are other ways they can
