TO ALL: I am looking for I. lacustris for a friend in Carcassonne, France.
We have been looking for it for quite some time and hope one of you can
supply or inform us where we can order it or them. Thank you. - FRT.

I. Lacustris is difficult to transplant - unless this occurs "in the green"
(as some minor bulbs like snowdrops). I bought some from a non-iris
catalog.... perhaps PRIMROSE PATH, but they did not thrive and I lost them.
I know I've seen them offered other places as well.... but I wonder if it's
even worth the bother since they don't seem to transplant well??
Kathyguest - who received a nice patch "in the green" from Tony and Dorothy
Willott years ago and lost them after inadvertently 'cultivating' them up a
bazillion times.
