Re: HYB: balloon pods


<Linda, what color are the seeds.  If they are brown or amber, they will
probably be alright.  If they were white, I wouldn't hold any hope for

The seeds are still white - I didn't pick the pod & the stalk is still
green.  I just gouged into the side of one chamber, peeling back part of
the pod so I could see if anything was inside.  Even if I've messed up
this chamber, the other two should continue to ripen.  From Betty's
comments, it sounds as tho there is no way to tell whether or not they
will be viable seeds based on how full they fill the chamber.

Time will tell....
