Ellen, at the Louisville show, the voting for BIS is done by secret ballot.
Most shows that I have judged will have elimination votes done by raising of
hands, but voting for BIS and the other top winners is usually done by
secret ballot.
I agree that the best way is using a secret ballot for the top winners on
the BIS table. (It is so hard to keep from saying Queen of Show. I suppose
AIS decided is wasn't PC? Old habits die hard!)
