Hi Mike,

I have been reading the comments made by some about the difficulties in
perhaps always describing new releases in the easiest format that both
conveys the colour (and complies with the registration details) and makes
the new release sound appealing. This must be a constant dilemna.

While not wishing to wax lyrical on the matter and having regard for the
many comments made I too would like to find a copy of a list which conveys
the RHS colours into names.

For example, I registered our La. LOST FOR WORDS some years ago (registered
No. 97-144) and described it as a soft apricot self. The RHS colour was
31D. I felt that soft apricot was a good description of the colour 31D.
When the registration card came back the colour 31D was described as "mars
orange".

Clearly the "mars orange" came from somewhere. Perhaps Keith has the
answer?
