Open bin buyers beware.

From: "Robert Dickow" <dickow@uidaho.edu>

Well, I did a silly thing when I bought 6 TB rhizomes
from an open bin of unpackaged irises at a Spokane
retail nursery. I thought I bought all 6 'Rosé' but
ended up with 3 different plants. One is pinky with brown
veining in the hafts...I think this one might be
Rosé. One is a blue self...I don't think that one is
Rosé ;-). The other is a lovely salmony to flesh
pink with a broad cream centered fall. Anybody
know Rosé well enough that I might ID at least
one of these plants? Rosé is bound to be among
the three clones that I ended up with.

The other 6 from another bin were 100% true to the
photo and description: Lime Fizz. Pretty and
fizzed-frilly. Nice yellow.
