People who have seen FA growing at Schreiner's have told me that it was a slow grower even there. Apparently enough judges overlooked that fault to give it awards anyway.
I finally got rid of it last year. After four years, I had two rhizomes. I would get one stalk every other year. I brought the two rhizomes to a club sale, with the warning label: "SLOW GROWER!!!" They were snapped up in about 3.7 seconds by other members who "loved the picture..."
Is anyone growing FANCY STUFF? It looks similar in photos, but I don't know if it is a better grower.
