Re: Rebloom or not


Dear Grham and All:  The MATRIX stalks, (two,,not just one) are on
established plants, not new settings. What I cannot explain is how they could
grow amid all our frosts. They were not mulched at all , - except for a few
fallen leaves.  The winter was cold enough to keep our camellia bush from
blooming until late February, - - for the first time in four years. Usually
it give scattered bloom in Jan. and Feb., Only I. unguicularis (I. stylosa)
 managed to do that this year.  Two years ago a Matrix seedling bloomed with
the dwarfs. First dwarf here yesterday, March 13.  The open bloom on MATRIX
 has been open since monday, and it is beautiful, and apparently perfectly
