Robert, don't give up; just temper your expectations a bit. There ARE irises
that will rebloom in zone 5 and even colder, just not as many, and not as
reliably as in warmer areas. I have had TBs IMMORTALITY and QUEEN DOROTHY
rebloom here, without special treatment (Extra fertilizer, etc.)
Especially worth trying are some of the SDBs. My Mom has had excellent
rebloom from THRICE BLESSED, for one. Rebloomers is not an area I have much
experience with, but I am sure there are some that will perform for you. In
the archives of this list is much information on what has rebloomed where,
as it was a topic of much discussion some months ago.
