I presume so. It is clearly a separate pamphlet and is undated. I have a
full collection of SIGNA issues but they now constitute a hefty pile and
it will take time to go through past issues checking for seed germination
information. As a geriatric chief cook and bottle washer and only
assistant gardener these days due to the ground becoming further away
this is a major project but it is high time that I refreshed my memory of
SIGNA contents. I will check for seed management references but please be
patient.
