I'm the last person in the world who ought to utter an opinion on this since I
know diddlysquat about genetics, but I think I might try I. variegata, a
classic clone.
Sorry it wilted. I think your decision to pot it up was exactly right. I
expect it will perk up soon. Maybe you should leave it in its pot for a few
months? Give it a little rock to get its roots up under if it wants to.
