HYB: 4N Sinosib disappoints

My one remaining "4N Sinosib" seedling from SIGNA seed bloomed yesterday.
Its long survival (3 years) here may now be explained--it appears not to be
a Sinosib at all, but a garden (28-chromosome) Siberian. At least that is
what it looks like in form and with the typical white-brown-gold haft
patterning. Looks like somewhere along the line a rogue seed got planted.

Or am I mistaken? Are there sinosibs that look just like typical 28C Siberians?
