"Never set seed on a first-year plant"? Yikes! Most of my
foundation plants for my hyb project are first-year. And even more
next year. Considering how long it takes from cross to seedling,
I'll be an old lady by the time I get to the proper timeframe. Well,
fools will venture... so I'm not curbing my cross lust.
