Dear Walter,
Two years ago here in Region 14 we added a requirement for judges in
order for them to retain their status as a garden or active master judge.
We require them to complete a portion of their on-going training as garden
session training, not just classroom. It has helped get some of our judges
back out into the garden. I'm thinking it would be a good idea for AIS to
consider for the handbook.
