PCI, PCN, PCNI probably all refer to Pacific Coast Native Iris, or Pacific
Coast Hybrids. As the name suggests, they grow well only on the west coast.
Specifically, west of the Cascade mountains. Extremely difficult to grow
any where else. They like acidic soil and mild climate. Growing them in
Texas??? Good luck.
My parent's garden sells them.
