Laurie, you have some good points there. However, the general idea of shows
is to present the ideal iris to show the public how they should look. It is
true that nothing is perfect, but we have to have a standard to reach for or
there would be no advance. This true not only in iris shows, but just about
everything in life - in our world/ There has to be a star to hitch ontol.
