I was asking about the discrepancy between the map of isolines for chill hours done by University of MD which doesn't give the same result as the Utah model.
The Univ MD map shows there are chill hours for Los Angeles. The model does not.
Just wondered if you knew how the MD map was derived - I couldn't find anything about it on the web, tho several websites have the map.
