I have these also and her description is accurate. They didn't bloom the
first year, but did the 2nd year. I grow them in a perennial bed and they
do very well, so they can take the heat and the additional water I give the
perennials. Nothing like Florida rainfall tho. Mine are almost a pale
blue.
