I know this is OT but several years ago I read an article that talked
about a "critter" that ate posession vine. It was kin to the "critter"
that was used to kill out the goat head weed. I can't remember if it
was a nematode or something else, but they were used many years ago to
virtually wipe out the goat heads. I called all over the place trying
to find out who was doing the research and whether or not I could get my
hands on some of the critters and came up against a dead wall. There
was no author for the article and the institution doing the research was
not named.
Has anyone ever heard of this?
