I agree with Rick. These are Cucumber Beetles. In Kentucky, they
were a serious pest on Reblooming Irises. Sevin will kill these bugs, but
I would usually knock them into a jar of soapy water and drown them instead
of dusting poison all over the place. I rather get them that way, because
Sevin is EXTREMELY TOXIC to Bees.
