CAT: Mailling Lists

From: "Leroy Kriese" <ambrosia@silk.net>

This year I was quite disappointed that I did not receive many or any
catalogs from people I ordered and received plants from the previous year.
Or places I sent money to for a catalog last year and did not receive a
catalog from them this year.

I was wondering what is the policy most mail order nusersies have with their
mailing lists and mail outs in this regard. Once we receive a paid request
we will send out a catalog each year for a min. of 3 years even if they do
not order. By then I presume that they are really not too interested in
ordering through the mail. Some people have a strong aversion to doing
business by mail where as others almost rely on it.

I have had a change in my personal address but I get most of my stuff sent
to my business address that has been the same for 2 years now so perhaps
there were some returned catalogs.

If you have a catalog and ship into Canada please send me a note in private
as I do want some catalogs please!

Actually, even if you do not ship into Canada I can work out a transhipping
agreement with someone who does. I am especially looking for Spurias and
need quantities of them. I am interested in just about any other iris as
well.
