>Dear Anner:
I did not use Thornbird because it is a bit narrow, and narrowness is
one of the priaml faluts of the Space-Agers, - - or at least used to be.
Because of its width and other good qualities I am using RENOWN a great
deal, and have not used IMMORTALITY of late. Of course, I use its children
and grandchildren. I would prefer to use RENOWN on Thornbird, admitting
that there might be a lot of Art Shades amont the offspring. I could also
recommened a cross or two to blue-bearded pastels, because of the violet
thorns. They seem to be allied withblue beards. I have lots of these, for I
have been pursuing the blue-bearded whites and blue-bearded pastels for
some time, and have been breeding them into Space-Agers. I envision a white
with lovely blue beards and flounces!! Lloyd Zurbrigg in Durham NC
