     Welcome to Iris Talk  From what you say, I would suspect that your USDA
Zone comparison would be Zone 8.  I am assuming that you mean 10 Degrees
Celsius of frost, which would equal 14 F.  I am surprised that you get frost
seven months per year there.  We do have another member near Adelaide.
