Hell strips

That is what they are called in Palo Alto, California. If you ever travel Middlefield Road and can drive slowly look at the area between the curb and the sidewalk and you will see an amazing collection of plants, many of which have been mentioned in the past week. Thanks to all of you for your suggestions as I will pass them along to the lady who organized Middlefield Road. I'd like to know if anyone thought my rose suggestion was worth following. If CalTrans thinks it is good and it works you know it is good. bill grant
