Of course,  I thought your rose suggestion was well worth following. Our
Susan Ballinger designed Meillands for our Daffodil (Boot) Hill project
in Livermore, to provide color after our 200k+ daffs were over, on some
of the worst soil I know of, and also at the Pleasanton Library, and
both are great successes.
