Re: Manfreda undulata

cause Im in coastal Mendocino w/ 50 inches of rain and lots of summer fog....I'm happy it's still alive. I think mine bloomed one stalk last year, but it was nothing to scream about.

so how do I figure out which one I have? it never blooms. lots of brown spots. I bought it as M. sp. years ago...probably from Gary Hammer....it's making nice vigorous colony on my 'scree' rock gdn.
anyone know of a source which has pics of either?

From what I've seen, lots of spots is M. maculosa, not M. undulata. I am curious though as to why yours doesn't bloom as both of mine bloom very readily. What kind of sun/heat do yours get?
