Dear Fellow Medit-planters--

Please, let's all ALWAYS include our location somewhere in each posted
message. (The easiest way is to have it in an automatic signature line.)

Some of us can't remember from month to month where every list member
resides. And often, the correct answer to a question (or the relevance of
volunteered information) is totally dependent on where the poster lives.
