Euphorbias

I can't figure out what's wrong with the E. cotinifolia except possibly not
enough water.  They love heat and also lots of water.  Mine leafed out
beautifully.  It is growing in heavy, water-retentive soil that gets watered
for 10 minutes twice a week.

I did not succeed with E. griffithii.  I think it is one that wants some
winter chill.  There are quite a few Euphorbias that have that preference.
