Nerium oleander does well here, at least all the cultivars which do not
need winter glass protection (this so far means all of them!). It is
rare, however, that we find seed set. Last year we collected some and it
looks viable, as far as my inexperience can tell.
I would be grateful if someone give me some tips on sowing this seed,
and subsequent treatment.
