Wasp sting remedies

Not qualified to dispense medical advice, but hereabouts folks get good
and quick relief by squeezing fresh papaya juice onto wasp, bee, and
jellyfish stings. Also works well on those body parts that have been in
contact with stinging nettles. If no papayas available, any meat
tenderizer containing papain, e.g. Adolph's, is also effective when
dissolved in a small quantity of water and applied to site of sting.

Application of cold compresses might also help.
