Looking for Woad (Isatis tinctoria)

I am in search of Woad (Isatis tinctoria) aka Dyer's Woad. I want the
leaves to use to color soap with (I'm a soapmaker). I'm not looking for
live plants or seeds.

Woad is supposed to grow like a weed in my climate. In fact, it's
classified as a noxious weed in many areas. One reason I don't want to
grow it myself. The main reason is that I need the leaves in the next
couple months.

I was hoping that someone on this list would already have some growing or
had access to a wild source. Fresh or dried leaves are fine. I have
searched the internet for this herb. I have checked all the herb catalogs
I know of. No one seems to have it for sale.

If you're in the San Francisco Bay Area or within easy mailing distance and
you have woad let me know please. I am only interested in woad leaves that
have had no exposure to pesticides or herbicides (fully organic is a plus).
I am willing to reimburse you in cash or with handcrafted organic soap.

I'm not sure how much I need since I've never used it before, but I'd guess
1-2 oz of dried leaves would be more than enough to start with.

Thanks,
Cyndi
