I've been lurking here for a few weeks now and this
prompts me to finally post. Just how invasive is
ribbon grass? I've got a rather shady area next to the
house I'd like to get something growing in - my dogs
like to sleep there in summer so I need something
tough. I've been growing ribbon grass in a pot for a
couple years and thinking about digging a bit out to
plant this shady area. I don't mind if it spreads
into the lawn some but if it reseeds itself with
abandon I could have a problem.
I live in the high desert of southern California, zone
8.
