I have been looking for this plant and was wondering if anyone in the

climate? Know where I can purchase any? Thanks.

Dutch Gardens has Eremurus 'Shellford Hybrids' (5 for $16.75 plus mailing
fees.) These are supposed to be field grown plants. The plants had 6-8
main roots, cut off about 8" from the basal knob, which was about an inch
or so in diameter. <yes, I bought some--this year, so I don't know how
well they'll do yet.> Eremurus is supposed to take about seven years to
bloom from seed. I think these are somewhat young plants, so it may take
them a few years to bloom.
