I'm not familiar with these cvs. as most would not do well in my area.
I do want to say that no matter how haphazard the planting, I'm envious
that a builder would take the time to give you such nice plants. Ours
just slapped in "garden variety" cookie cutter stuff, despite my
preference not to have it done that way. Which white cv of
Lagerstroemia do have? Dunno. Ditto the nandina, Indian hawthorne,
buffalo grass (though I think it's Prairie), Quercus shumardii/texana?,
etc. Everyone on the whole street has the same white crape myrtles.
Oh yeah -- they could've at LEAST gotten 'Wintergreen' boxwood instead
of the species.

Let me just congratulate you on that.

Did you give your area, soil conditions, etc.? You've got stuff that
needs some shade, acidity, moisture, and good drainage there. Up next
the house the leach from the concrete may be of concern to the azaleas.
