Round-Up and Preen help a lot. I'm pretty excited about the selective grass
killers but wish I'd hear more about other people's experience with them. I
take care of a couple other people's gardens and am afraid to use it on
theirs until I am more confident of it.<<
Barb,
I'll bet you didn't know that it is against federal law to use ANY pesticide
on the property of another person unless you have a license, or are working
under the direct supervision of a licensed person. You can use
non-restricted pesticides on YOUR OWN property or property you rent without a
license. Any other use is strictly prohibited without a license. The laws
apply even to relatively safe products like glyphosate (Round-Up). Most
people are not aware of this, and I just thought you should know.
