4 Acres! sounds as though you are going to be eat up with good times.....;-)
Some times blank canvas is pretty daunting even with the best of brushes on
hand. Believe I would live there a bit and do lots of sketches.
I am sure you will handle it all just fine. Look forward to hearing the
results on this list as you go.
