I don't know whether this will be helpful, but there is another pacific nw
group to which you could subscribe.  Address listproc@u.washington.edu and
in message portion, "subscribe pacnwgardn"  I think.  If you have trouble,
the listowner is Travis Saling, a very hale and good guy (white hat and
everything), and his address is Trav@eskimo.com There were about 160
subscribers the last I knew.
