OT question
I know this is off topic, but I can't get a straight answer at the
nursery here, so I'm going to the people I trust to give me the straight
story..
Can annunals (such as a wave petunia) be brought into the house and kept
alive all winter to be brought out again in the spring? I was told that
you can't do it, even with geraniums, and I have kept my geraniums for 2
years now and they look fine after pruning.. (I don't want to waste
precious time or space by trying it if its not possible)
I have a 2 story attached greenhouse on my house, so plenty of sun isn't
a problem and it doesn't get too cold in there in the winter..
Can it be done? And also (this is getting wayyyy off topic) can you
train wave petunias to climb? I have always seen them "falling" out of
baskets but never climbing up.. (I have a vertial topiary project in
mind)
Thanks for any help..
